Shipping Options

We offer three convenient shipping methods to suit your preferences:

Processing & Delivery Times

- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  
- Free Shipping orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.  
- Express Priority Shipping orders are shipped the next business day after processing.  
- Eco Shipping orders follow the same processing time as Express Priority Shipping but use sustainable materials.  

Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Basic Terms & Conditions of Shipping

- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.  
- During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing times may be extended by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. 
- Order cancellations are only available if the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.  

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@k-beautyoficial.com.
